Our Travel Plans:

We will leave Saturday the 23rd around 1 p.m., then stay in a hotel that night. On Sunday we will take a trip to the French Quarter to tour the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas and do some shopping. Monday Morning we’ll sleep in, get some lunch and go register for our week of ministry in New Orleans!!!

We will be staying at Tulane University from Monday the 25th till Friday the 29th and we will arrive back in New Boston Friday night between 8 p.m. and 10p.m.

Cost of our Trip:

Total Cost Before Fundraising: $362 (plus 6 meals and spending money—around $50 to $100)

Total Cost after Fundraising: $195 (plus 6 meals and spending money—around $50 to $100)

We have not planned our fundraisers this year because, like last year, we may be receiving a generous donation from the McCoy Foundation that will allow us to NOT have them.  If this is the case, each student will only be paying $195 (that’s only $145 after paying your deposit! That’s about $30 a month if you start paying in February!).  If we are unable to receive this gift, we will be scheduling fundraisers to begin in January. And as always, please don’t let money be the reason for you to NOT go with us.  We have other scholarships for those who financially just can’t afford to pay (call Rick for more details).
