Ken and Lynne moved to New Boston in November, 1991. The Cox children are: Amanda, Brooks, Rachel, Clara and Casey. Ken graduated from Texas A&M University, College Station, and received a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry Degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Lynne served as church organist and pianist before passing away from breast cancer in June, 2007. Ken served three other Texas Baptist churches and was a CPA before entering the pastorate.

Terry came to New Boston in November of 2004. He serves as Minister of Adult Education and Outreach. Terry received a Bachelor of Science in Education from Memphis State University and a Master of Arts in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Terry and his wife, Christy, have one daughter, Grace. Prior to coming to First Baptist, Terry served various roles at churches in Tennessee, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

Rick joined the staff of our church in June of 1995 and serves as Minister of Youth and Education. He received a Bachelor of Arts, Religious Education, from Oklahoma Baptist University, Shawnee, Oklahoma, and a Master of Divinity, with Biblical Languages, from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Rick and Julie have two daughters, Anna and Sara. Prior to coming to New Boston, Rick served as Minister of Youth at First Baptist Church, Terrell.
